Custom Gear Manufacturing Case Study: Gears for Fluid Pumps
Supports strict dimensional control of chamfer shapes, tooth base shapes, and more.
This is a spur gear used for driving semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Due to the need for corrosion and rust prevention, electroless nickel plating was required, which necessitated strict dimensional control, including the shape of the chamfer and the shape of the tooth root. Through quality control systems during the processes and final inspections, along with our long track record in manufacturing pump gears, we have been able to ensure stable precision. In particular, since a high degree of variation in quality can impair the functionality of the gears as pumps, a balance of precision, quality, and price is essential, and we have received comprehensive satisfaction from our customers. By entrusting us with this project, we have been recognized for improving product stability, resolving assembly yield issues, and significantly enhancing work efficiency.
